But, our current main development  is  the  HELICAL TOROIDAL WIND TURBINE  , this extrapolation of the Vertical Axis Wind Turbine  is proving to be the most efficient  wind turbine ever as  Watts output related to Dollars  invested, over the whole range, from 10 KWh to MEGAWATTS. it is self starting at low wind speed below 1.5 m/s  and is self regulated without cut out point. These developments are now continued under the flag of  NU-Tech Energy Systems Pty Ltd

We are rapidily moving ahead with a TWT15~20  KW GRID connected KIT , as well as a MW conversion for existing HAWT , our readiness target is mid 2012.

Fun it is not ?, developing a single blade to run a full  360 degrees continuously is not that dificult , can it self start ?  well, most of the time , and , if you increase the "wind" flow then the speed increase dramaticaly until you have to hit the cut off switch as the excentricity become critical. 

  We use a suction type split wind tunnel for our developments,  beyond the  fan grid in a shadow sort of motion, one earliest model of a  five WingBlades TOROIDAL  Wind Turbine  is rotating in 1 m/s  air flow bouncing from all wall around it .    at the end of ten years development, the  Toroidal Wind Turbine is proving to be the best solution there is for recovering Wind Power on any basis ,  and show to be the most efficient system in function of  Power for Dollars invested.
